Our Initiative

The Coconut Collection founded in 2017 by the Alexander Sisters, to ensure the quality of ingredients being used on their family’s hair, nails, and skin would warrant and intensify strength, length, retention, shine, and the overall health of the hair, scalp, nail, cuticle, and skin. The number one ingredient being natural Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) oil, which reduces hair and nail breakage, and oil build up on the scalp while penetrating the hair follicle. Coconut oil has antibacterial and antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, containing monolaurin which is antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral. Lauric acid which is another component found in coconut oil has been found to reduce inflammation, which directly impacts pain reduction, as well as being analgesic which is the act of relieving pain by the introduction to the body. Coconut oil also helps repair the skin barrier by increasing the rate of wound recovery while delaying skin aging. All ingredients and products being vegan, all-natural, and cruelty-free. Including Shea butter from Africa, Castor oil from Jamaica, natural Coconut oil from Belize used throughout every recipe, and other ingredients from all around the world. Using 100 percent essential oils in every in house blend. With every product being made in small batches with extreme care we ensure the quality and maintain the excellence found in every container sold by The Coconut Collection.  From our family to yours we intend on achieving to pass on traditions, knowledge, and light.
